Teri Green.
Teri Green is an award-winning technology executive, cybersecurity leader, AI strategist, entrepreneur, author, and international speaker whose career sits at the intersection of technology, security, artificial intelligence, governance, education, and human impact.
[ 01: The beginning ]
It didn't begin in a boardroom.
It began with a young girl navigating circumstances that could have easily defined the limits of her future. Instead, Teri transformed adversity into architecture, building a career, a platform, and a body of work centered on one belief:

Leading at the CIO and CISO level.
Today, Teri serves as Vice President of Technology at Elevate, where she leads enterprise technology strategy across cybersecurity, information technology, data, infrastructure, development, and emerging technology. Her career spans nearly two decades and includes leadership at the CIO and CISO levels, guiding organizations through digital transformation, cybersecurity modernization, risk management, and technology strategy.
She is also the Founder and CEO of Lite Technology Solutions, where she brings technology, cybersecurity, AI governance, and strategic innovation together to help organizations move from ideas to secure, scalable execution.

Building what doesn't exist yet.
Teri doesn't simply talk about emerging technology. She builds frameworks for navigating it.
She is the creator of the Encrypted Diversity Framework, the T.E.S.T. Standard: Touch, Execute, Store, Trust, and the Decision Integrity Controls model, original approaches designed to challenge how organizations think about cybersecurity, responsible AI, governance, risk, and human decision-making.
Technology can accelerate decisions, automate processes, identify patterns, and transform organizations. But judgment, accountability, ethics, imagination, and courage remain profoundly human.
That message has taken Teri to stages across the United States and internationally, where she speaks about artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, responsible innovation, technology leadership, digital equity, and the future of work.
[ 04: Next generation ]
Creating the next generation.
Teri is also the author and creator of Code Quest: The Ethics Engine, a children's book designed to introduce young people to artificial intelligence ethics, cybersecurity, responsible technology, and digital citizenship through storytelling.
Her work reflects a larger mission: ensuring the next generation doesn't simply learn how to use technology, but learns how to question it, secure it, govern it, and build it responsibly.
Teri is currently writing her memoir, The Hack of My Life: Orphan to CIO/CISO, which explores the experiences behind the titles, awards, stages, and accomplishments.
Because the most important system Teri ever learned to rebuild wasn't a network. It was herself.
